Mushroom Feta salad

A complete protein packed Mushroom Feta Salad keeps your tummy full.

For that Umami deliciousness

  • 50g D’lecta Feta Cheese
  • 50 g Mushroom (fine chopped)
  • 25 g Tomatoes (fine chopped)
  • 25 g Capsicum (fine chopped) 
  • 1-2 leaves Lettuce (chopped)
  • 1-2 leaves Spinach (chopped)
  • 1/ 4 Tbsp Balsmic Vinegar
  • 1/ 4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/ 4 Tbsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt as per taste
  • Coriander for Garnishing 

 

The Perfect Salad Cheese Recipe


  1. Chop all the other veggies and mushroom of the same size. 
  2. Add the chilli, salt, vinegar, lemon juice and olive oil to the salad.
  3. Garnish the salad with coriander leaves and serve.
