Spinach Walnut Feta Salad

THE PERFECT SALAD CHEESE RECIPE

1. In a small bowl whisk together the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to taste.
2.  In a large bowl combine the spinach, onion, toasted walnut and crumbled feta.
3.  Add half of the vinaigrette and gently toss the salad. Serve the rest of the dressing on the side.
4. Serve immediately! 
5. TIP: You can always prepare the salad without the dressing for up to a day in advance, just add dressing before serving.
