In large bowl, add heavy cream. Beat/grind it becomes soft peaks.
In another bowl, add D’lecta Cream Cheese, D’lecta Mascarpone. Beat until light & fluffy. Add white chocolate & confectioners’ sugar, Vanilla extract. Again beat and make it fluffy.
Fold in the whipped cream.
In small bowl, mix the Cointreau & Orange juice.
In baking vessel, arrange the lady fingers. Brush it with orange mixture. Spread the strawberry preserves on top evenly. Pipe the cream cheese mixture. Arrange the half sliced strawberries. Repeat the process by adding one more layer.
