Toast Pizza

Adding fun to weekend by making quick, innovative, colorful, crispy, cheesy toast pizza without oven.

Ingredients

  • 30 g D’lecta Table Butter
  • 200 g D’lecta Processed Cheese Cubes
  • 1/2 Yellow, Red & Green Capsicum Each
  • 1 Fine Chopped Onion
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Paste
  • 1  Fine Chopped Tomato
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Ketchup
  • Salt, Black Pepper & Herbs As Per Taste

LET'S START COOKING!

Sauce

  1. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of D’lecta table butter. 
  2. Add garlic paste, onion, tomatoes and cook well. Then add tomato ketchup, salt, black pepper & herbs as per taste.
  3. Cook well for 5-7 mins and sauce is ready.

 

Toast:

  1. Heat the pan with 2 tbsp of D’lecta table butter.
  2. Toast the bread from both the side.
  3. Add sauce on one side and put capsicum on it. 
  4. Grate the D’lecta processed cheese cube on it and cover it with lid until it becomes crispy (till cheese melts)
  5. 8 Serve hot
