Triple Chocolate Cheesecake

Ingredients

LET'S START COOKING!

  1. Scrape the cream from Oreos. Crush until coarse & powdered
  2. Melt the butter & mix with powdered Oreo
  3. Put the mix in a steel ring and press firmly and chill for 30mins. 
  4. Take Dairy free and whip it. 
  5. Whisk D’lecta Cream Cheese and mix with whipped cream and split into 3 cups. 
  6. Add melted white chocolate to one part of cream cheese mix. Spread this on biscuit base. 
  7. Freeze for 10mins
  8. Add melted chocolate to 2nd part of cream cheese mix. Spread over 1st layer and freeze for 10mins.
  9. Add melted dark chocolate to 3rd part of cream cheese mix. Spread over 2nd layer and refrigerate for 3hours. 
  10. De-mold and finish with chocolate sauce. Garnish with whipped cream.
