    Store unopened pack in Freezer at -18°C. Once opened, use as much as required and keep the remaining back in the fridge. Use within 3-4 days.

    Thaw overnight in the fridge before opening. Whip at 2°C-4°C. First at slow speed for upto 1 min and then increase the speed. Whip till firm peaks are formed or as per requirement.
