Store unopened pack in Freezer at -18°C. Once opened, use as much as required and keep the remaining back in the fridge. Use within 2-3 days.
Cup Cakes, Layered Cream Cakes, Tres Leches
Thaw overnight in the fridge before opening. Pour in a bowl. Add icing sugar as per requirement(Recommended: 10% to 20%). Whip at0°C. Whip at fast speed till firm peaks are formed or as per requirement. Use within 30 mins of whipping.
